Key Responsibilities:
- Handle HR and payroll processing for team members, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage the recruitment process, including using ATS to source and screen candidates
- Assist in employee onboarding and compliance, ensuring all HR processes run smoothly
- Support employees with HR-related inquiries and concerns
- Maintain and update HR records and files, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws
- Work independently in a remote environment, managing your schedule effectively
- Utilize payroll software and other HR tools to streamline processes
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of HR and payroll experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with payroll software, ATS, and background check software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A good working laptop or desktop with strong Wi-Fi and a webcam for video meetings
