Key Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, and screen top talent for various positions across different industries
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and client needs
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and background check software to streamline the hiring process
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
- Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
- Manage your schedule efficiently while working remotely and independently
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with ATS and background check software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A good working laptop or desktop with strong Wi-Fi and a webcam for video meetings
